Grow beyond yourself

Curious to know more?

Not at all. Fitness level, skillset, and enthusiasm for mountain sports varies greatly among our employees. But what we all have in common is that we love spending time outdoors in nature – especially in the mountains. 

All Mammut employees benefit from a hybrid workspace with the possibility to work up to 50% per month from home. However, 100% remote working is not possible. 

  1. Once you send your application in, it will be reviewed by our HR department and the relevant line manager. You will then receive feedback within 14 days.

  2. If we think you're a good fit for the role, an initial interview will take place via Teams with someone from HR and the line manager. 

  3. If that goes well and both parties decide to move forward, the next step will be a face-to-face interview at headquarters. This will allow you to get to know the working environment and your colleagues. Depending on the role, this step may also include a case study, which can be prepared in advance or on-site. You’ll receive more details when we organize the second interview.

  4. After the second interview, the line manager decides who is the best fit. The recruitment process ends with the second on-site interview.

As our corporate language is English, a good written and spoken command of English is required for employment in all areas except our stores. In the stores, a good knowledge of German will suffice.
