Don't focus on results and numbers so much. Remember what is the actual reason you compete. Because you want to show people how good of a climber and fighter you are. So focus on climbing and fighting as hard as you can. If you enjoy it on the wall and give it your all, the results will come too.
I have many life goals. From climbing perspective: winning a gold medal and try myself in mountaineering (trad climbing). It would be one of the biggest mental challenges for me.
Swiss alps. I haven't visited any specific mountain but just a drive through Switzerland gives you one of the most astonishing views.
A banana and barebells protein bars (not a paid promotion) I truly like them:))
First: a professional climber. After that: anything in connection with this sport but I am most inclined towards coaching.
Because of all the competitions I am away from my home and family a lot, so when I am not climbiong I like to spend time with my family and friends and enjoy in small things. My family is my greatest supporter and I couldnt be more thankful for them. So as little time as I have, I want to devote it to them. And my dog of course! :)
Highlight: European championships Munich 2022 combined finals, where I finished 2nd, and Olympic Qualifier series - the most mentally and physically hard competiton so far.
What a complex sport it is. A good climber needs to have power, endurance, flexibility, coordination, outstanding perception of the body... But in the end, climbing is all about one of the humans biggest organs - the brain. No move is the same, no wall is the same, no climber is the same. You have all the freedome in the world while you are in the wall. Your brain is your only control of your body and it is on you how you are gonna use it. And this is the beauty of climbing. Never ending story of countless unrepeatable movements and freedom on the wall.
I have learned a lot but one of the most important lessions is: whatever you do in you life, do it with love and passion. If you do what you love, you will enjoy doing it and it will not feel like hard work. And during hard times you have to remember why you started it (your sport, job, business), because it is your passion and you are passionate enough not to stop until you succeed.
There are so many things and hobbies I would like to learn... I love music and I would like to learn dancing. I love the sea and I would love to learn kite surfing and sailing (I am already working on these 2). I love to help my boyfriend in his wood workshop and I would like to learn more about carpentry and wood. And so on...
Anything is possible if you are working hard and never give up. There is one thing not a lot of people know about... I had/have a big fear of falling while climbing on rope. I was even affraid to fall on top rope when I was a kid and there were people that did not believe that this sport is for me and that this fear of mine is too big of a struggle to overcome it. But I did it! Thanks to my coach AnĹľe Ĺ tremfelj who belived in me and to my stubborness to never give up. It is quite a long story but to make it short; The fear is still in me nmd I know I will never be completely okay with big falls but I learned how to climb with it and if I overcame this, I can opvercome anything in my life.
