Privacy Policy for Post-Purchase Study

The purpose of this post-purchase study is to understand and investigate the entire post-purchase experience to improve it for our customers. This includes all the email communications you receive from Mammut (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, NPS email) as well as your impressions and expectations regarding delivery, packaging, and the return process, if applicable. 

We aim to understand customer experiences, preferences, and feedback on our products and services. Your participation is voluntary, and the data collected will only be used for research and improvement purposes. 

As part of the study, we may collect the following types of data from you: 

• Contact Information: Such as your name, email address, and phone number (for study-related communications and organize a quick interview with you). 

• Purchase Information: Details about the product(s) you purchased, purchase date. 

• Survey Responses: Responses to the surveys, and any other feedback you provide during a short interview. 

• Feedback: e-mails / messages you send us about every step of your post-purchase experience 

• Demographic Information: such as age, gender, and location based on the survey questions 

• Recordings: the Teams video call interviews will be recorded 

The data we collect from you may be used for the following purposes: 

• Study Analysis: To analyze customer feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement. 

• Service Improvement: To make informed decisions about how to enhance our services. 

We will not use your data by any means for marketing purposes or share it with third parties without your consent, except as described below.

• Within Mammut Sports Group AG with relevant teams involved in the study analysis  

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist us with data storage. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.

All shared data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, and only the minimum necessary data will be shared.
