Returns

Please pack the item carefully for return transport, complete the return note and enclose it in the parcel. Then print and stick the return label to the parcel and take it to your nearest parcel point.

*Please note:
- The return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.
- The items are purchased at the retail store, please return them at the same retail store or contact the store directly for further return information.

We will pay the return shipping costs, provided that you use the return shipment label enclosed with each order.

Please note: We do not offer a free return for any shipment sent via the US Postal Service, including deliveries to post office boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses and outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands)

The refund process is described here ↗ The purchase price will be refunded only for unworn/unused items (other than the usual trying on) in their original packaging.

We offer returns within 30 days for full-price items and 14 days for sale items.

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant a voluntary right of return up to 30 days after receipt of goods. With this right of return you can also withdraw from the contract after the legal right of withdrawal has expired. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the items are returned to MAMMUT undamaged, i.e. in their original condition, without damage and without signs of use, in due time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color/size, unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and make a new order.
