Terms and Conditions of essential 4 raffle

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the “Essential 4” Online Raffle ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

  • Has an active Mammut.com account.

  • Employees of Mammut Sports AG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. 

The Raffle begins on 15. October 2024 and ends on 1. December ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered.

  • Participants who already have a Mammut account can enter the Raffle by adding their registered e-mail address at Mammut, on the online entry form at https://www.mammut.com/int/en/win-avalanche-equipment ↗

  • Participants who currently do not have a Mammut account need to scan the QR code (printed in the FWT event Mammut booth) which will redirect them to create a mammut.com account, then they can enter in the Raffle.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

The prizes available to be won are:

  • 1st winner - Tour 30 Removable Airbag 3.0 | Mammut valued at 730 chf

  • 2nd winner - 1 Barryvox S2 valued at 500 chf

  • 3rd winner - 1 Alugator Pro Light | Mammut valued at 95 chf

  • 4th winner - 1 Probe 280 speed valued at 90 chf

Four winners will be selected. The shipping costs associated with the delivery of the prize are covered by Mammut.

5.1 What are the specific conditions associated with the prize?

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

  • The first four winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.

  • The draw will take place between 31st March and 2nd April. The winners will be notified via consumerservice@mammut.com ↗ e-mail address within 3 days of the draw.

  • If the winners does not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

  • The winners need to send an e-mail confirming that they accept the prize to consumerservice@mammut.com ↗

  • Consumer service will directly arrange the shipping and delivery of the prize with the winners.

  • By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending tailor made advertising materials, in accordance with the Privacy Notice ↗ 

  • The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss FADP. 

  • Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice ↗. 

  • The winners' name and contact details won’t be shared with third parties.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation. 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize. 

  • Should the prize delivered be damaged or faulty our standard Repair & Warranty Policy ↗ would apply.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lenzburg.
