Terms and Conditions of 2025 Winter Give Away

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 2025 Winter Give Away ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, residents in the United States of America and Canada. 

Employees of Mammut Sports AG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. 

The Raffle begins at 12:01am Mountain Time on January 10th and ends at 11:59pm Mountain Time on March 11th ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered. 

Participants can enter the Raffle by adding their registered e-mail address at Mammut on the online entry form at 2025 Winter Give Away ↗.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5.1 Prizes and give away schedule

Entry period 1/10/2025-4/7/2025 

Travel expenses, snacks and drinks are excluded  

5.2 What are the specific conditions associated with the prize?  

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.  

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.  

The winner has 5 business days to respond to redeem the prize. After 3 days an alternative winner will be drawn.  

The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.  

The drawings will take place on: 

Jan 21st, 2025  

Feb 18th, 2025  

Feb 25th, 2025  

March 11th, 2025  

April 8th, 2025 

 The winners will be notified via consumerservice@mammut.com ↗ ↗ e-mail address within 3 days of the draw.  

The winners need to send an e-mail confirming that they accept the prize to consumerservice@mammut.com ↗ ↗  

If the winners do not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.  

By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending tailor made advertising materials, in accordance with the Privacy Notice ↗ ↗  

The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. 

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize. 

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
