My highlight: Sending my hardest route Silence 9c in Norway. My short-term low: Probably the disappointment after Tokyo Olympics in 2021.

Being out there, high above the ground, feeling the air underneath you and feeling free, switching off my mind and finding flow up the route, feeling the connection with nature and its history, the creativity of climbing, and the hard training. Also, the travelling and the way that dinner tastes after a long day of climbing.
To be strict, honest and self-confident.
