What you love most about climbing

I love that climbing and snowboarding are truly 'choose your own adventure' sports. They adapt to your life journey and skill level, offering unique challenges and experiences at every stage.

Something you learned from sports

I have learned so much about myself through climbing. One of the key lessons is that passion, patience, and consistency can carry you far in many aspects of life.

Your top tip for other climbers

Slow it down! I've found that when I'm pushing my limits, it's easy to overlook the importance of mindful rest on the wall. Taking the time to pause and regain composure can significantly improve technique and prevent unnecessary falls.

I want to learn more about big wall climbing. I love the idea of staying on the wall for days.
