Terms and Conditions - Mammut Mountain School Raffle

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the “UK Mountain School” Online Raffle ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

  • Residents from all countries can participate.

  • No previous experience is required.

  • Does not require to have an active Mammut.com account. However, participants must be subscribed to the Mammut Weekly Newsletter with the same email they use to enter the giveaway.

  • Employees of Mammut Sports AG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. 

The Raffle begins on 02. May 2025 and ends on 31. May 2025 ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered.

  • Participants can enter the Raffle by adding their registered e-mail address at Mammut on the online entry form. You can find the raffle form in your email or in your mammut account page.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Win a Day with a Private Guide from Mammut Mountain School

One winner will be selected. The shipping costs associated with the delivery of the prize are covered by Mammut.

5.1 Is equipment included?

Yes, if required.

5.2 Are travel expenses included?

No, travel expenses will not be included.

5.3 Is accommodation included?

No, accommodation is not included.

5.4 Are drinks and snacks included?

No, drinks and snacks are not included.

5.5 What are the specific conditions associated with the prize?

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. The prize cannot be transferred to the following year and must be used no later than December 31, 2025.

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.

  • The draw will take place between 2nd June and 6th June. The winners will be notified via consumerservice@mammut.com  e-mail address within 3 days of the draw.

  • If the winners does not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

  • The winners need to send an e-mail confirming that they accept the prize to consumerservice@mammut.com 

  • All additional information and logistics will be handled directly by Mammut Mountain School .

  • The terms and conditions of Mammut Mountain School (LINK ) are applicable for the organization and implementation of the chosen course.

  • By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending tailor made advertising materials, in accordance with the Privacy Notice  

  • The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss FADP. 

  • Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice . 

  • The winners` name and contact details will be shared with the following Data Processor: Mountain School UK (trading arm of Sykes Adventure Limited, 13 Chatham Avenue, St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 2RT.) to be able to directly organize the logistics and inform the winners about any details of the selected course.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation. 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize. 

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lenzburg.
