It’s true – our repair team can fix a lot! Whether you need a new sole for your hiking boots, get a hole in your hardshell patched or your airbag tested before the season starts, we’ve got you covered.
Simply bring your clean item to a local retailer or one of our stores, or contact our customer service with photos and a description of the issue.

In 2023 over 13,000 repairs were made by our in-house product care teams and third parties.
